Project Overview
After initially supporting OneAdvanced with a rapid UX design and build project to aid their replatforming, I went on to lead the creation of their end-to-end Figma design system. This system underpinned updates to their marketing site and was built to scale across future design and development streams.
I delivered the OneAdvanced Design System from the ground up, creating a fully componentised, tokenised framework that leveraged variables to ensure efficiency and consistency across multiple product areas. Alongside the system build, I defined documentation standards and governance models to drive long-term adoption and effective collaboration across teams.
The system enabled OneAdvanced to:
- Accelerate delivery of new templates, journeys, and flows.
- Reduce dependency on internal designers for mockups, freeing them to focus on higher-level innovation.
- Ensure consistency and scalability across their digital presence, supported by clear documentation and governance practices.
This work provided OneAdvanced with a scalable, future-proof design foundation that continues to support their marketing and product teams in bringing content and features to market quickly and with confidence.
