I partnered with stakeholders at M&S to audit, redefine, and modernise their enterprise Figma design system.
Through a system-wide audit, I identified gaps, inconsistencies, and code deviations, before delivering recommendations to improve structure, maintainability, and efficiency.
Alongside strategy, I worked hands-on to redesign and rebuild key components in Figma, introducing modern practices such as design tokens and optimised component structures.
This combination of system vision and practical delivery enabled M&S to:
- Improve usability and alignment with code.
- Reduce inefficiencies and rework across teams.
- Establish a scalable, future-proof design foundation.
